8. HOLIDAY RENTAL EXPERIENCES (SURF AND SNOW)
8.1. Booking and confirmation
Holiday rental experiences (Surf in Tarifa and Snow in Sierra Nevada) are booked through the website.
Once the booking is made and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the experience details (date, time, meeting point, instructions, included equipment, etc.).
Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
8.2. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and changes to experiences are governed by the following conditions:
Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours' notice: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund will be applied.
8.3. Participant requirements
To participate in Surf and Snow experiences, the client must be in adequate physical condition.
It is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the difficulty level of the activity and ensure they meet the requirements.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
8.4. Liability and safety
MOLOWI provides the necessary technical equipment and guarantees that it meets safety standards.
The client is responsible for following the guide's or instructor's instructions.
MOLOWI is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or client negligence.
9. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphics, designs, software, etc.) is owned by GOOD MUSIC EXPERIENCE SL or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
